My biggest problem is misrepresentation, and the newbie investors that are being hurt by ads like this one. Bigger Pockets is most of all an educational place, not a "pull a fast one and run". Call it anyway you want to, but i do not like people that invest their  EM just to go belly up because of posts like this one. I will leave it at that, unless you wish to prove me otherwise, which  i wouldnt advice, as i know that area quite well.

I own this home OUT RIGHT not a wholesaler.  I am fixing up this home little by little.  I will no longer sale this home as soon as I get the other part of the roof fixed, trying to avoid fixing the whole roof.  This is an area that you don't invest another 30k in, this is a modest community.
