Hi Everyone,

Hope everyone is having a great holiday with friends and family. As the new year is coming to an end, I am looking to connect with more agents and wholesalers for any off-market triplex/4-plex in the surrounding San Antonio Area. My partner and I are closing on a 4-plex in the Northwest area of SA (Woodlawn lake area) in 2 days. Ideally would love to grab a few more 3-4 units near by or in 5-points, Quarry, Tobin Hills/Pearl area, Midtown, Alamo Heights, and other surrounding areas near the downtown area.
