I am a REI here in Oakland County, MI. I was talking to a lead I had come in about a property here in MI and then he asked if I could help him move his rental in Bradenton. The condo is currently rented out at $1500/mo on a one year lease.

I would love to sell directly to a buy and hold investor through here on BP or work with someone on the ground in Bradenton who can help connect me to an end-buyer.
