Real Estate Investor Website FAQ’s

Anyone else noticing that a frequently asked question on the forum is, “Do I need a website when first starting out?”

I totally get why you’d ask that but the question I’d ask back is, why did you want to get into investing in real estate in the first place?

The obvious answer, real estate investing is one of the most common ways to become a millionaire and you are doing this to gain financial freedom.

Makes sense…so why, by choosing not to have a website, would you exclude a ton of motivated sellers and cash buyers that are searching online for what you are looking for or for what you are offering?

Here’s another couple of website FAQs, “How do I build my own real estate investor website?” or “What’s the best platform to build my own real estate investor website on?”

The thing is, ninety-nine times out of a hundred, once a person finds out how to do it and on what platform, and then finds out it takes a load of time and effort, the next question is always the same, “How much does it cost to get someone else to build the site and do all this heavy lifting for me?”

Sometimes the challenge is not to find an answer to your question but to know the right question to ask in the first place and save a lot of time.

The right question to ask is: what is the easy way to have an awesome investor website?

Check out the answer on my website right here.
