I Need Funding For Commerical & Residential Properties

I'm an investor located in Buffalo, NY. And I'm in need of funding for commercial and residential properties. On the Commercial side I'm looking at Income Producing Apartment Buildings. For Residential We're going to property auctions and Fix and Flips.  

Looking for Asset Based Financing. Based off the property, not me personally.
