Hard Lender Wanted for My First BRRRR

I finally found my first BRRRR that really makes sense, per the biggerpockets' calculator. Now I just need to find a hard lender. I'm searching the website and going through the list. If you're interested or can refer me to one you had a good experience with, I'm all ears.

@Randy Harmon I've really liked working with MoFin lending. Quick close, easy to work with, and good rates. I think that they have some kind of deal for bigger pockets members, but not sure what it is.
