Hi BP, I am an out state investor focusing exclusively in Charleston, SC and the surrounding area. My experience and sweet spot is single and multifamily buy/hold acquisitions. In Charleston I am very interested in single family flips. 

My local team is nearly complete but I still need contacts in Construction/Rehab and an overall boots on the ground point person. I need local expert advice in cost quotes and managing subs.
