Looking for Partner/caller

We are looking for a partner to call (mostly) lightly motivated owners and screen for full motivation. We will also have straight cold calling for distressed owners for some extra income. There is no selling involved, but experience would be preferred. 

FYI we are not looking for an employee. We are looking for a partner, however we are open to negotiate a token hourly rate after 1st deal is closed. You have to willing to learn plus training provided.
