Private money needed. Receive mailbox $ from cash flowing units.

Investor looking for $50,000 to $350,000 in private money to fund down payments and improvements on outstanding deals involving C and B class apartment buildings that are already cash flowing.  C and B class apartment units historically take smaller hits than other forms of real estate on economic downturns because people always need a roof over their heads, and often downsize to a C or B class apartment.   I buy for the cash flow, so this demand for mid-level apartment space serves as economic insulation against real estate market swings!  Will consider payments of principal and interest, and interest only options.  Rate and terms negotiable.  Exit strategy: looking to refinance in a year or two, and pay your principal back.  This will give you access to your investment at shorter intervals than long term loans, and will help limit your market exposure.  From there we can either part ways or put your money back to work!
