Looking for an asset-backed, 2nd position private money loan to cover down payment for a $700,000 10 unit building walking distance to historic downtown Glendale, AZ. Rehabbed building with new tenants and the majority of the rent being is paid by a government guarantee. Many of the leases extend well into 2020. I can provide the rent roll to anyone who is interested. My lender will allow a 2nd lender (private/hard money) to back their 2nd position loan with the asset if the terms are right.
