Looking for multi state private/ hard money lender

Hello I am currently in the process of finding a hard or private money lender to get preapproved for a purchase that will happen here in the near future. We are looking to make a relationship with a lender that operates on a multi state level. I am located in California but will be purchasing property in Kentucky in the next couple months.
