Part time work from home marketing assistant position at successful real estate investment firm.

What we do: We educate, inspire and connect real estate investors with investment strategies that help them achieve their investing goals. We do this by sharing different investment strategies, and then presenting investment opportunities from our agent partners.

Job duties include:

• Write copy, create graphics and market [social media + posting on websites + email database] monthly meetup events
• Create FB event for monthly meetups
• Write copy, create landing page and market investing workshops
• Write copy, create landing page and market group investing trips
• Send out weekly investment opportunity list to investor audience
• Moderate facebook group and welcome new members
• Serve as quality control for content - ensuring look is on brand, links are correct ect
• Help launch new products and services to better serve our community

Skills & expertise:

• Expert level in social media platforms Facebook, Instagram
• Love writing great copy that sells
• Experienced designing graphics and landing pages that are attractive
• Enjoys creating systems and processes to make work more efficient
• Experience with google drive & Gsuite products
• Wordpress experience a bonus - but not a requirement

Compensation: $15 per hour + percentage of revenue from events & marketing efforts.
