"Consultants" for MLM Real Estate Funding Companies Are NOT Welcome on BiggerPockets

If you are a consultant for any kind of network marketing / MLM / "MVM" "real estate lenders", then please don't waste your time by posting your ad on BiggerPockets. We will remove the ad and will then remove you from our site. If you try to use the site to market any kind of affiliate opportunity or attempt to recruit new "consultants" we will also remove you from the site.
We have been inundated by "consultants" from several companies that promise real estate funding who have been spamming our site and will no longer allow these people to utilize BiggerPockets.
Thanks to all of you who have let us know about this annoyance.

Joshua Dorkin, it might be helpful if the names of the companies that use the MLM / Consultant model were published in this thread so that when we run into them, we know. I haven't run into that very much, but then again, maybe I simply wasn't aware.
