Non-US resident seeking to refinance rental property in Michigan

I am looking for a lender to refinance a duplex at 70%-80% LTV, 30yr amortisation and property valued at around $70K. I am a non-US citizen/resident. If you know of any lender that can work with me, please share.

@Kere Jenner, hi Kere. My husband and I are non-US citizens and we had a great experience getting a traditional mortgage in Michigan with Rick Rozman of Exact Mortgage Inc in Brighton, MI. I don't know his experience on refis, but he was fantastic through our home purchase. I highly highly recommend him. Check him out!
