I have time and some starter capital to begin my investment journey, but I am new and need experience. I can provide the time and sweat equity to benefit someone who could benefit from teaching a newbie. I am currently in the Baton Rouge local area, but also open to helping and learning from a distance. I am particularly interested in getting into either smaller mfr or have heard of assisted living sfr leasing to the professional care companies.
