Looking for JV Partner in metro Nashville, TN
I am looking for a JV partner in the metro Nashville, TN market. I am trying to scale my company and increase my portfolio. I have a lead on a rental portfolio in Jackson, TN that contains 160 SFR homes and 11 vacant lots. Currently only 50 are vacant. This portfolio is worth $10M but can be purchased for $8M or less. Has a property management that can be kept or replaced. I would like serious investor responses only.
