Tampa Multifamily (5+) Investor

Hello,

I am a previous local, now living in Seattle. My family still lives in the area. I am interested in purchasing multifamily (5+) properties in the area. Any recommendations on a good realtor for finding these types? Also, which areas are getting the most advancement outside of SoHo and South St Pete?

Hi Michael,

So much going on in Tampa, St Pete, Pasco and Polk county! Honestly, the whole corridor along I4 is just crazy with growth right now.
In Tampa, the whole area around Tampa Heights and Ybor Heights is experiencing a gentrification. Never thought I would ever see that in that area, but I think a lot of that was spawned from the gentrification of Seminole Heights and the creation of the Water St and the whole downtown resurgence

Almost all of the st Pete area is doing well, and yes south st Pete is going crazy. A lot of the tenant have already reached up to 13th Ave south, and the areas further south are getting picked up quickly because of the lack of affordable housing

The Pasco County area just north of Tampa has experienced a huge growth because of the Suncoast Parkway, and lower price points and easy way to commute into Tampa for work
