Wholesaler Wanted in the Akron to South Cleveland Area

Hi, 

I am an active real estate investor in the Akron to South Cleveland area.  My primary focus is long term SFHs, but I want to start doing some house flips to help fund my long term rentals.  I live in California and  am looking for an experienced wholesaler with a good network and knowledge of the area and neighborhoods.  I am happy to discuss more details so please don't hesitate to reach out.

HI @Tom Ott Thank you for the response.  I did not realize that.  When you say "basically illegal" what do you mean?  Is there an official law banning wholesaling or has Ohio just made it really difficult?  Would love to get some more information on that.
