Looking for partners in NH

Hey all, I have several vacant lots in NH that would make good building lots and a few that are great residential lots. I'm looking for a partner interested in getting a good deal on a lot, a spec builder that we could partner on a lot to build and split the proceeds afterwards, and/or someone that can get mobile homes set-up so we can sell or rent. Here are a few examples of what I have in inventory right now:

  • 105 acres in Columbia, NH (recreational land)
  • .28 and .29 acre lots in Barrington, NH (Next to Private lake, mobile homes allowed, good building lot)
  • .22 acre lot in Hillsboro, NH (Next to Gould pond, good building lot)
  • .17 acre lot in Gilmanton, NH (Next to Shellcamp pond, good building lot)
  • .83 acre lot in Grantham, NH (Next to Eastman pond, good building lot)

I also have leads on the following

  • 202 acres in Colebrook, NH (Recreational land and/or timberland)
  • 50 acres in Colebrook, NH (Great opportunity to sub-divide after we put in a road and sell lots or homes)
  • 38 acres in Colebrook, NH (Recreational land, great for snowmobiling)

I'd love to hear from some of you in the area with experience!
