Off Market Boise/Caldwell Idaho Rental Properties
A close investor friend plans to list 3 of his SFR rentals in the very near future in Caldwell and/or Boise, Idaho. At this time, he is still determining which properties he wants to sell out of his portfolio, so I can't give specifics at this time, but wanted to get word out to see if there was any interest from you in some turnkey properties. The are all under lease contracts with rents for $1,550 - $1,695 per month. Leases through April/May/June 2021, with one month to month (if that one is selected to be sold). This is not a wholesale deal - just spreading the word to the BP community before they hit the HOT Idaho market. Not sure where to post this as I don't have the specific details on each property yet.
