For the first 18 years, we focused on only managing houses that we had personally renovated.  Through the years, we have occasionally managed properties that we did not renovate and worked with the owners to bring those properties up to our standards.  As we enter into 2021, we firmly believe that our services may be a good fit for investors who want to own the best assets possible, in the best condition, and with the highest probability that their properties will stay occupied.

At the same time, we contact each of our clients every month for an update on their portfolios.  That is a service that is unmatched in the property management industry.  Now, not every investor sees that as a benefit or even wants that monthly phone call.  But for those that like the constant, committed communication, our customer service team is a tremendous benefit.
