Need help with GA offmarket deal
Looking to network with investors/lenders and GC's in GA Real Estate market particular those operating within a 50 mile radius of ATL. I am looking at an off market deal, but don't have a team in the region. Can anyone refer a competent GC that they have worked with in the past, that understands investors and the bottom line.
