Looking For Buyers- Selling 20 Turn Key Rental Homes/Month

Hi All,

I'm looking for buyers who would like to invest in turn key properties in the Minnesota, Florida, Chicago, or St. Louis (MO) areas.

Our properties regularly return 7% or more and everything is turn key - we find the homes, do the rehab, qualify and place tenants, then manage the property for you. No hassles. We have been selling 20 houses a month and are looking to do more.

We only do deals that are win-wins and hope to keep our buyers as clients. We're looking for long-term relationships, not to make a quick buck and disappear. Because of this we take a smaller cut than most wholesalers, but find that it makes everyone happier in the end.
