I am a new investor in UT looking for a Realtor and/or PM in the Ocala, FL area.  I am looking for someone with local knowledge to help me find SF/MF investment opportunities.  I am hoping to purchase multiple properties this year.

If you do a search you will see one of the most frequently recommended PM's/realtors for Ocala is Clay Lehman at Resolute Property Management/RE who has an office on Fort King St in Ocala.  He is a local guy, also a CPA, very knowledgeable, tells it to you straight.
