Everybody I have a house in New Bern North Carolina 509 blades Avenue and I need Capital to purchase and fund the rehab.

the purchase price is 15 k predicted rehab of 25k resale value of 130k

Personal loan of 40K for 8 months at 15%

Not connected to the house.

40/60 partnership

I'm also open to other arrangements
