Newbie ISO partners for commercial multi-families

Hi,

My husband and I are actively looking for partners who would want to do a 50/50 split on commercial multi-families of 6-10 units in central NY. We are also open to other markets wherever the numbers make sense as all of our REI will be OOS investing anyways. We just like NY state but we've found deals in other markets as well in Ohio and Indiana. When it comes to investing in rental properties we are interested in making it as passive as possible by hiring a rockstar team wherever the property is.

We are also looking to scale quickly, so a partner who would want to continuously work together would be most ideal of course. Although we are new and don't currently have any investments, we are very dedicated to education, networking, and learning as much as possible. We do not suffer from analysis paralysis or any form of fear holding us back. We are aware of the risks and the ups and downs of real estate investing, but that does not discourage us. We are super motived to build a portfolio and build long term wealth. Our strategy is to find lower priced high cash flowing properties in the beginning to keep building capital to buy more assets and then eventually switch over to higher priced high appreciation properties. We want a diverse portfolio that will include long term rentals and short term rentals. Our goal is to reach $10k a month in passive income in 6 years. We believe this is possible, but think that finding a partner or partners will help us get there more efficiently.
