North Carolina Real Estate Wholesalers...

(1) Buy, renovate and re-sell (Single Family)
(2) Buy, renovate, and hold as a rental property (multi-family)

I am not interested in big cities but the areas surrounding big cities. For example, not Charlotte but Gastonia, Concord, Kannapolis, Salisbury, etc.
