Lender needed for 9 new construction Single families in Durham NC
We have lots under contract to build 9 Single family houses in Durham NC.
Project info: Lots are 55,500 each, Construction costs at 174,000 each. Drawings are almost finished. Sale price will be $320,000 each.
What we are looking for: 8-10% interest, 2 points, no more than 1 week from progress draw request to deposit. References of three other deals in our area (Raleigh/Durham)
We will put 20% down on land. We are willing to break the project up for smaller investors. DM me with questions. Thanks.
