Looking for referral to property manager for 23 unit complex

Hey everyone,

I have a 23 unit under contract in Indianapolis and am looking for a PM to handle management. This is going to be a pretty significant value-add project (turning over and renovating all of the units), so we'd be looking for a company with experience handling similar deals, of similar size. Would appreciate any referrals!
