Missouri Commercial Portfolio lenders 30 year Am's

I'm looking for a portfolio commercial lender in Missouri that would be willing to do 10 year or longer balloon loans with a 30 year Amortization schedule. Let me know if you have anyone like this in Missouri. I am buying investment properties in the Joplin, MO area and am looking for that 30 year Amortization schedule.
