Missouri Portfolio lenders at 30 year Am's

I'm looking for a lender in Missouri that will do a portfolio loan at 10 years or more balloon payment with a 30 year Amortization schedule. Please Help!! I'm investing in the Joplin, MO area and would prefer a lender in that area that I can add to my team.
