Attorney recommendations for Wholesale purchase in New Britain CT

I am buying a 6 unit and looking for an attorney to represent me.  I called a few listed on the CT Bar Assn website and one told me they have no experience with wholesaler involvement so they could not provide a quote. Any suggestions or references would be appreciated.

Hey Theresa,

I would recommend using attorney Joette Trinh of Trinh Law in West Hartford, CT. She actively works with wholesalers so she knows how to hand these kinds of transactions. I have personally use her  to close out three deals (no wholesaler involved though) and highly recommend her.

Good luck!
