Best way to pay yourself

Joshua Minatel
Posted

Being a sole member LLC, what is the best way to pay yourself and not be in legal or tax trouble? All of my properties I buy are under my LLC.

Owner draws is how you pay yourself. You don't have to do anything fancy. You can simply write a check from your LLC to yourself and book as owner draw.
