Hello I'm looking for recommendations for a CPA that is well versed in the real estate investing world. I'm looking for someone that is very knowledgeable about the real estate professional tax classification which I need to qualify for this year. I have tried a few of the CPA's and firms active on bigger pockets but they seem to have too much business to respond. I'm considering Michael Plaks but wanted to know if anyone had any recent experience with his team.
