Rental management software - Quebec/Canada

Hey guys!

I've been searching for a rental management software to manage my futur rentals as best as I can. Since I live in Quebec, a lot of the softwares form the US don't work or are not availible. I was wondering if any people knew about any softwares that could be used up here in Quebec or Canada? Also, I would prefer a free software with only the basics since I am just starting out.

Try Stessa, it's American but still works. Just skip the location during sign up. That threw me off initially. I'm in Calgary and I'm trying out Stessa.
