I need help with property Lines

Who can I ask to help us find property lines? I would like our property lines to be clearly defined because neighbor parks on what we think is our property. I would also like to put a fence up to clearly define the property lines. Thank you if you can give advice for the situation

In the past I have hired a surveyor to resolve situations like this. Not very expensive and very informative.
