Quote from @Tom Gimer:

The corners may be marked already. Pull your deed and check the legal description. If it references a plat, you will need to pull that recorded plat. If it's written in metes and bounds, you may be able to get a fairly good idea where the property lines are from reading and measuring yourself as it will reference landmarks (such as distances from street corners, alleys, etc.) and angles.

If you decide to put up the fence the vendor will need a boundary survey.

I have a hard time understanding it...

Quote from @Sergey A. Petrov:

You might find an old survey recorded with Pierce County. If are lucky it’ll tell you where the corners are and how they were marked. You might find stakes or other identifying markers in the ground. If not, hire a surveyor. Check your title report as well. A lot boundary is one thing but there may also be recorded easements allowing your neighbor to access your property, maybe even for parking purposes. Have you talked to your neighbor???

No I haven't spoken with the neighbors yet. But they approached my son one day, well he was sweeping the parking area, and  told him that where they're parking Is their parking space. They even put comes there. They've been parking there since before the house was bought. I don't want to bring things up yet till I can clearly define the property line, I don't want to start a controversy or unnecessary drama. I will hire a land surveyor. But also I think these people are renters at the property next door... So maybe I need to get a hold of their property manager or owner?

Who can I ask to help us find property lines? I would like our property lines to be clearly defined because neighbor parks on what we think is our property. I would also like to put a fence up to clearly define the property lines. Thank you if you can give advice for the situation
