Property Management Internship

Hi BP members,

I am planning on getting an internship at a property management company this upcoming summer and am struggling to choose a specific company. My goal for this internship is to use my position at the company to learn about the systems and processes I need to implement into my future properties to have successful multi-family rentals. Any tips on what to look for in potential companies?

Maybe check with the local apartment association or the National Association of Residential Property Managers, they both manage multi family, but NARPM also manages houses. A fee also manage homeowner associations
