@Amy C. - I have only recently begun working with my accountant and have yet to find an attorney I will call part of my team.

BUT - I have used several inspectors myself as a buyer as well as a Realtor. At this point the only inspector I use is Eric @ Eagle Inspections. He is an investor himself and also runs a contracting business (he refuses to do contracting work for clients of Eagle). He knows his stuff and understands what an investor is looking for. If you use him, please mention my name.
