how do you obtain commercial financing for multiple rentals?

if you buy multiple rentals using commerical financing, whom do you use for financing.

i am exploring switching to this from buying everything personally and am looking for some direction. wells fargo is becoming less excited with each purchase about financing more houses for me personally.

i am trying to set everything up for long term functionality.
