Landlord sign lease and have tenant pay LLC

We have an LLC and would like to start building it to use later on. Can I sign the lease as the landlord and have them pay my LLC property management? Or do I need to sublet to my LLC and have the LLC sign the lease?

Just sign the lease as the manager of the LLC.
