Crack in Ceiling Closet Old House

Hi, my new tenant found a small crack in a ceiling in a closet. Downstairs unit of two unit house, built in 1925. We removed all the plaster and put new drywall in 3 years ago. These tenants (a couple) are super cautious people and I can tell they are worried about this (ie thinking it is something structurally wrong with the house). I have never seen any other cracks inside or outside the house. Handyman was there today doing some other things, he doesn't think it is water from up unit because no visible water stains etc. Thoughts on what else it could be and also what you would do (who to call about this) and how much time spent on it etc. Thanks!

It is a closet and likely nothing structural is wrong. Encourage the tenants to piss off and find something productive to do
