Living in N.Y., investing in Chicago. Where do I find a good property manager?

I am new investor from NY where properties are way too expensive. I am now looking to buy properties in Chicago. I have been researching online about property managers in the area. I can't seem to find one that doesn't have a million bad reviews. Wondering if anyone could give me some tips on finding a good PM.
