What is the best management program?
I manage my 5 units (2 duplexes and a single fam) plus a few more for an investor.
This investor has a few more under contract and wants to keep it rolling with me as deal finder and manager.
As we increase the number of units I plan on using property management software.
What do we like? What is a good deal? I'd love to hear from other investors on their experiences.
