Abandoned property in Atlanta GA

First of all I am new to BP.  I am learning as much as I can.  I have read 3 posts regarding abandoned properties but I have not come across what I am looking for.  so.... If I am rehashing something that has already been discussed please direct me to that thread and I can read and learn

That being said, I am interested in buying a property that has been abandoned for almost 3 years.  I have looked through tax records and the taxes are paid current.  The address listed for the owner is the address of the abandoned house.

What other places can I look for an address for the owner?  Would a Title search give me any additional information?  Has anyone worked this through?  I am in the Atlanta area so anyone in familiar with Atlanta would be awesome!

Thank you!

Connect with someone who has a Accurint account, so they can skip trace the owner and find his real address and contact information.  And mail several offer or marketing pieces to the property as the mail is probably forwarded to the owners real address.
