Buying rentals questions
Hi,
I'm planning on getting back into rental properties again and wanted to ask a few questions.
1. Should I pay cash or do 20%-50% down
2. How much in cash reserves should I have for each property
3. How long should I wait to acquire the second property after my first purchase
4. My plan is to purchase condos and town houses all in the same area 1 mile from each other
5. Anything I may need to add to help you provide me with better answers please let me know
