Millenials

There are many articles about Millennials and what they want in an apartment:

Most of these relate to class A properties.

What about Class C properties?  What do lower income Millennials want/need.

I know wireless is vital but what else can I do in a class C property to attract Millennials?

I agree with @Andrew Syrios. Unless you're targeting specific areas where they are the predominant renters and the competition to rent to them might call for it, I see no point in trying to focus on appealing to millennials, specially in C neighborhoods. You might not necessarily be limiting your tenant pool if you apply strategies you think will appeal to them, but at the end of the day, it might not be worth it financial or as a business decision.
