Renters breaking lease early

So my renters are getting a divorce (not important ) and now they are goning have to break their lease. I have a $1500 charge for breaking the lease and they are suppose to give 60 day notice. My question is can I enforce the tenants paying another months rent even if they want to break the lease in 30 days?
