What program is best for managing property?
Hey everyone! I was wondering what programs you use to manage your rental properties on. We are currently in the process of buying a 4 unit and a single family home. One closes next Friday and the other closes in March. These will be our very first rental properties and I am going to manage them myself. I am looking for any and all advise on what program you use to keep track of the books and everything that goes along with it. Thank you in advance!
