What do you do when you are aware that a neighbor's rental property (not yours) has a potential mold issue because everyone that rents it moves out after getting horribly sick with pneumonia and recurring respiratory infections?

Say something to the potential renters looking at it? Mind Your Own Business?

Anonymously report it to the local DEP or building inspector. If the landlord knows and keeps renting it out, he deserves whatever comes his way.

Imagine if it were you, your family, your kids renting that place--you'd want to know.

I would do nothing as it is none of my business. It is the responsibility of the tenants to report it.
